Embracing the Four Dimensions of Resilience

Throughout his career, Dr. Jerry Lerner has worked with thousands of individuals and found that some people were able to overcome their circumstances while others struggled endlessly. In Unraveled to Unrivaled, learn how to unlock resilience. It is as simple as understanding, practicing, and then embracing Four Dimensions that he has found to be the secrets to unlocking sustainable resilience.

While none of us are immune from emotional pain, you’ll discover that finding your resilience is possible and that understanding your innate ability to bounce back from life’s challenges can resurrect your joy to live a life that is truly unrivaled.

Embracing the Four Dimensions of Resilience

The Four Dimensions of Resilience were created by Dr. Lerner as the end product of three decades as a physician continually asking “why do some people respond well to good care while others remain stuck?”

Each dimension of resilience requires the other in order to manifest its highest potential for healing and wellbeing.

"Life has its ups and downs. Sometimes it’s like the gentle waves of a peaceful lake. Other times it feels like a Tsunami. On a daily basis we navigate these ups and downs. When things are tough, what choice do we have but to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and start all over again? Yet, there are times in everyone’s life when getting up and moving forward seems daunting. Resilience is what keeps us going."
